There is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to therapy, so I offer a range of different ways we can work together.

Therapy to suit you

Walk & Talk

If sitting opposite a counsellor isn't for you then outdoor sessions might be better. These sessions can be done walking outdoors, or sitting in the fresh air.

Face-to-Face

Face-to-face counselling is the more traditional approach. These sessions will be in-person, in a relaxed, indoor, environment.

Online

If in-person counselling is not for you, or is not practical, then maybe a video call would be more beneficial. 

Phone

Or perhaps telephone sessions suit you best, we can arrange that.
