Research
I have undertaken research into emergency services and counselling, and I am intent on further developing this area. My investigation centred on firefighters' views regarding counselling and mental health support. This revealed the significant role that teamwork plays in offering support, the prevailing apprehensions about addressing mental health openly, and the critical necessity for counsellors to comprehend the unique demands of this profession.
